Adidas Kromaskin Features:
Kromaskin: Kromaskin is a carbon fibre material which covers the stick meaning no paint is applied to produce the outstanding cosmetics featured across the range of hockey sticks. The use of Kromaskin produces a stick which has a more consistent weight and structural performance. Spread Tow: Ultra thin carbon tapes which are woven in a biaxial structure. These tightly packed, uniform fibres reduce voids and carbon defects whilst the use of thinner laminates optimize the weighting of the hockey stick. By using higher fibre content per area increases the strength to weight ratio resulting in improved durability and strength. Epoxy Core: The epoxy core located in the head of the hockey stick is made up of polymetric shells which expand on heating resulting in superior layer compaction. This in turn offers a more consistent structure improving stick strength and durability. As a result, hitting feels more solid, and the consistency and response when passing and receiving the ball in improved.
